The Problem Behind the Product
Calilio was the first product Yoddha Lab shipped, in 2023. It came out of a problem the team and its clients kept hitting: traditional phone systems are tied to hardware, slow to reconfigure when a team grows, and give almost no usable data about what happens on a call.
Because the team runs its own sales and support calls on Calilio, the parts that usually get deferred were built in early: call analytics, recording, IVR routing, and CRM integration. It now supports local numbers across multiple regions and serves over 2,000 active users.
